Hello,

I am likely to be in Launceston for work from the 5th to the 21st. I would like to get some climbing down whilst I am down there and so am interested in meeting people who might like to climb with me. I will be working almost every day, but on many days wont be starting untill the afternoon.

I lead up to 17 or 18, and have a rack and rope, but would prefer not to try and carry all of that on the plane if possible.

It is likely I will also be in town for this weekend, perhaps I won't have enough time to climb (remains to be seen), but hopefully at least enough time to meet for a drink.

    Hi Phillipivan, We climb on Tuesday nights at Hillwood and in The Gorge Thursday nights,also somewhere on weekends.

      I'll give you a call closer to my arrival. My trip down this weekend is only for Sunday it turns out.

      I will have a number of mornings free during the week so if there is anyone who wants to climb weekday mornings in the Gorge please give me a holler.
